History
NationalHR started in 1980, back in the days before computers. We performed medical
administration and paid claims manually. We have evolved to the point where
Flexible Spending Accounts are the only claims we pay, using the computer of
course. What hasn’t changed is the fact that we provide the fastest,
most personal service at great cost.

NationalHR used to be a full-scale TPA and cost management firm, and also
provided administration for retirement plans. The nature of this business has
changed. This industry is now dominated by the large insurance company, large
bank, and investment house. We have changed with the industry. Instead of providing
these services in-house, we now have strategic partnerships with leaders in
each field.
NationalHR is now best described as a benefit engineer, serving our clients’ two
masters – cost control and employee satisfaction. With NationalHR, you
