Jay Nistad
Jay Nistad, the junior member of National HR Account Executive team, has watched the growth of NationalHR during his high school and college years. He is no stranger to this business, and knows what it takes to help NationalHR’s client achieve their goals of cost control and employee satisfaction.

Jay is a competitive tennis player. He was the number one player for Shawnee High School for four years, was Captain of the Bloomsburg University team, and is currently nationally ranked in father & son doubles with Jon. Just like with tennis, Jay knows that it takes both sweat and expertise to deliver. And he does.

Jay is currently taking courses toward his graduate degrees, lives in Marlton with Katie and his brown lab, Diego, and can be seen surfing on Long Beach Island when not working or playing tennis.

Pat Kidd
Pat Kidd, one of the original NationalHR employees, joined in January of 1980, still with us today, and more valuable than ever. Now Pat heads up the client services team. Pat can best be described with the phrase “sense of urgency”. It has to be right, and it has to be today.

Notice the testimonials from 1980 (from a company which since been bought out) and from today. You will notice these people say the same thing – Pat makes their business more valuable. This is one remarkable person.

It’s Pat’s job to make sure that she and her team gives you and your employees the kind of service that will make you proud.

Andy Ruhland
Andy graduated from Shawnee High School and Bloomsburg University, joined NationalHR in 2001, and has been a ball of fire ever since.

Andy has become one of the foremost experts in the use of the full scale core and option cafeteria plan. He shows his clients how to take all of the attributes of the cafeteria plan, not just tax deductible premiums, to achieve cost control while maintaining high employee satisfaction. Andy’s clients all say the same thing – “wise beyond his years, personable, easy to work with, and most of all, reliable”. It is easy to see why. Rarely does any client of Andy’s end up with a medical cost increase which exceeds CPI.

Andy lives in his new home in Southampton with his wife, Jackie, who teaches elementary school in Burlington. His hobbies include golf, weightlifting and physical fitness. His main strength is making sure your medical cost is fiscally fit.
